Bookings

Bookings are only made once a deposit has been paid. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposit are only refundable up until 1 month prior to the wedding/event date.

Payments

Full payment is required two weeks prior to the wedding/event date. Our method for payment is by Direct Deposit.

Amendments

You may make changes/amendments up until 2 weeks prior to your wedding/event date.

When you receive your invoice, it is your responsibility to check all details of flowers and quantities are correct. This includes flower types, colours, style and quantities required.

Substitutions

We will do our absolute best to supply exactly what you order, however, due to seasonal availability and circumstances out of our control, this is not always possible. As your trusted florists, we will make any substitutions that are necessary, while still ensuring the overall aesthetic of your event.

Delivery/Set-Up

We will confirm your delivery time the week before your wedding/event date.

Your delivery fee includes 3 drop off points – bride, groom and venue. Any additional delivery locations will attract a $25 fee per address. If there are any issues on the day (traffic/exceptional circumstances), we will contact you to advise.

Additional pack down fee applies if you require us to attend the venue the day after your event.

If you prefer, you can collect your flowers from one of our pick up locations. If you pick up from us we do not take any responsibility for the arrangements after they have left our studio.

Hire

It is your responsibility to ensure any hired items are safely stored at the venue or agreed location, for us to collect after your wedding/event date. Any breakages or damages must be paid for in full. If you have hired items from us, a packdown fee will be applied to account for us attending the venue the following day to collect the items.

Cancellations

We are happy to refund your deposit up until one month prior to your wedding/event date. After this time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Bookings can be postponed to another date, subject to our availability and we will do our best to accommodate your new date.

Photos

We would love for you to post photos of our creations. We ask if you can please tag us on your socials and spread the love. We would also love to post photos of your event and we will tag relevant photographers. Please let us know if you do not want your photos reposted.

Privacy

All personal details will be treated with complete privacy. We do not share any information with third parties without your permission.
